Remove"boob tape" backing on one side press firmly to reverse side of item (strips may need cutting down to size) then remove remaining backing and stick item to body.
The boob tape is hypo-allergenic, but if irritation or redness occurs remove tape. After use remove the tape very carefully from body and garment.
Wipe gently with a damp cloth, never put in washing machine or immerse in water.
Always remove tape after use.
